Parish Councillors are summoned to the Ordinary Parish Council Meeting on Wednesday 18th January 2023, in the Clehonger Village Hall, from 7.30 pm for the purpose of transacting the following business:-

5.0 To approve minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 21st December 2022
6.0 Finance and Policies plus Questionnaire
6.1) To approve accounts, payments and note balances (please see Finance Sheet)
6.2) To discuss progression of a parish questionnaire for residents “wish list”
7.0 Playing Field
7.1) Update on matters relating to the playing field
8.0 Planning
To consider response to Planning Applications, as notified, and then determined by Herefordshire Council
9.0 Clehonger Parish Church – to hear any update on church related items
10.0 To consider HALC Membership for 2023 – 2024
11.0 Clehonger Village Hall – to hear any updates on follow up projects and activities
12.0 Parish Roads and Footpaths, trees and land
12.1) To note any defects to be reported to Balfour Beatty
12.2) To consider any issues in relation to footpaths

The next meeting will be held on Wednesday 15th February 2023 from 7.30 pm in the Village Hall. Also, to discuss a possible cancellation regarding holding a parish council meeting in December of each year
