4.0 To approve minutes of the Ordinary Parish Council Meeting held on 19th June 2024

5.1) To approve accounts, payments and note balances (please see Finance Sheet)

6.1) Update on matters relating to the playing field
6.2) To consider any further information concerning the playing field survey, the 106 and any matters in regard to the School Highways Safety 106 suggestions (if presented)
7.0 Planning and Survey
7.1) To consider response to Planning Applications, as notified, and then determined by Herefordshire Council:

9.0 Parish Roads and Footpaths, trees and land
9.1) To note any defects to be reported to Balfour Beatty/Lengthsman

12.2) To receive any update from the Ward Councillor, including any further update on the paused housing development.
12.3) To receive any further update from Welsh Water.
12.4) To hear an update regarding the Knife Angel; actions and way forward

The next ordinary meeting will be held on Wednesday 18th September 2024 from 7.30 pm in the Village Hall. No parish council meeting in August.
