1.0 Open Session with any parishioners who have joined the Meeting (to include any update from West Mercia Police – if in attendance)

4.0 To approve minutes of the Annual Statutory Parish Council Meeting held on 22nd May 2024 (N.B. The Annual Parish Council Meeting Minutes of 22 May 2024 will be approved at the May 2025 APM)
5.0 Finance and Policies
5.1) To approve accounts, payments and note balances (please see Finance Sheet)
5.2) To sign and approve the Exemption Certificate for 2023 – 2024
5.3) To sign and approve the Annual Governance Statement 2023 – 2024

6.1) Update on matters relating to the playing field

7.1) To consider response to Planning Applications, as notified, and then determined by Herefordshire Council:
