Parish Councillors are summoned to the Annual Statutory Parish Council Meeting on Wednesday 22nd May 2024, in the Clehonger Village Hall, following the Annual Parish Meeting which will commence at 7.30 pm, for the purpose of transacting the business in the Agenda Part Two.
Please note that all councillors are invited to attend the Agenda Part One, as residents and not as councillors. The chair of the parish council will chair part one, if present.
