4.0 To approve minutes of the Ordinary Parish Council Meeting held on 15th January 2025

5.3) To consider a request for support, from the Clehonger Village Hall, for an 80th Anniversary VE Day Celebration to be held on 8/05/25
6.0 Playing Field
6.1) Update on matters relating to the playing field and any decisions
6.2) To consider any further information concerning the playing field 106 proposals including any decisions and any matters in regard to the School Highways Safety 106

7.1) To consider response to Planning Applications, as notified, and then determined by Herefordshire Council
7.2) To consider a request for support with the request for a possible installation of a pedestrian light controlled crossing on the A465 near Belmont Abbey (details circulated)

The next ordinary meeting will be held on Wednesday 19th March 2025 from 7.30 pm in the Village Hall.
