4.0 To approve the Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting of 14th January 2026
5.0 Finance and Policies
5.1) To approve accounts, payments and note balances (please see Finance Sheet)
5.2) To consider the IT Policy for Clehonger Parish Council (circulated separately)
5.3) To consider request for support from Dore Community Transport
5.4) To consider a Finance Working Group to look at precept, budget etc.
6.0 Playing Field
6.1) Update on matters relating to the playing field and any actions
6.2) To consider any further information concerning the 106 and the new fencing
6.3) To update regarding playing field “wish list” items to be put forward for progression
6.4) To follow up on bench welding repairs and reinforcement
7.0 Planning
7.1) To consider response to Planning Applications, as notified, and then determined by Herefordshire Council
